Brisyn Adonis-Jamal Alexander, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of a stolen bank card.
Reports said that the bank card was reported stolen back on November 2 of last year.
Alexander is charged with financial transaction card fraud and theft by receiving stolen property.
