Jesstin Emell Washington, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he destroyed an Apple computer, door, and a TV during an argument with a 24 year-old woman.
Reports added that Washington then took the victim’s cellphone, preventing her from dialing 911 for help.
The total amount of damage caused was listed at $2,550.
Police went on to say that the victim is pregnant with Washington’s child.
Washington is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property, criminal damage to property and obstruction of a person making a 911 call.
