Daniel Kenneth Scarborough, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed a woman by the arms and then shoved her into a door.
Police said that the incident was captured on the Ring doorbell camera of the home on Honey Tree Trail.
Scarborough is charged with simple battery.
