Jonathan Nicholas Reed, 41 of Rockmart, was arrested in Floyd County this week after reports said he stole a Harley Davidson from the Silver Creek Minimart.
Reports said that Reed came to the store and “posed as if he was picking up the motorcycle for the victim.” They added that the bike was never returned and that Reed was never given permission to keep it.
The incident occurred back on July 12th of last year.
Reed is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
