Authorities from Bartow County pursued an automobile into Gordon County on Interstate 75 (north bound) late last week. Gordon County deputies terminated the pursuit near Exit 317. No peace officers, innocent civilians, or violators were injured.
A search of the automobile’s interior revealed illicit drugs and related materials.
The occupants, Devonte Brown, age 23, and Ronqusha Groves, age 23, both of Madison, Tennessee were arrested and charged with Trafficking Schedule II Controlled Substances.
Brown also faces an array of traffic related offenses as well as charges in Bartow County.
