Tony Eugene Blasengame Jr, 35 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trespassing at the Courtyard by Mariott on West Third Street.
Police said that Blasengame was found entering the premises without permission around midnight.
Reports added that Blasengame had been told by police officers at the direction of management that his entry was forbidden.
Blasengame is charged with criminal trespass.
