An inmate at the Floyd County Prison, Justin Domonique Bingley, 30 of Lafayette, was arrested this week after reports said he conspired with others to sneak contraband into the facility.

Authorities stated that Bingley along with co-conspirator Willjarvis McIntosh and two civilians attempted to sneak 243.81 grams of tobacco, 471 grams of tobacco, 471 grams of marijuana, 6 sheets of suspected strips and rolling papers inside.

Bingley is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, possession of marijuana, items prohibited by an inmate, and the use of a communication facility in commission of a felony.
