Jason Lance Glenn, 42 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome after reports said he was found with multiple baggies containing methamphetamine.
Police said that the meth weighed close to 13 grams.
The drugs were found during a free air sniff by a K9 officer at the intersection of North Broad ant GA 53.
Glenn is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of meth with intent to distribute.
