In preparation to the 2025 Wings Over North Georgia Air Show, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels cruised into Rome’s Richard B. Russell Regional Airport on Thursday.
The move allowed for a few select onlookers to see the Boeing F-18 Super Hornet fly into town.
The 2025 Wings Over North Georgia Air Show will take place at the Russell Regional Airport in Rome, GA on Friday, October 17 through Sunday, October 19, 2025. The Blue Angels will headline shows on Saturday and Sunday of the air show weekend. A Friday evening twilight show with fireworks has been added for the 2025 event.
