Earlier this week, Gordon County deputy sheriffs stopped a suspicious automobile on US Highway 41 near the Bartow County line.

A subsequent search of the automobile revealed a large quantity of methamphetamine packaged and prepared for distribution. The 3 occupants, Jimmy McCoy, age 62, of Boone Ford Road, Ashley Kelley, age 39, of Resaca, and Pamela Arnwine, age 32, of Ranger, were all arrested without incident.

They have all 3 been charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine and related offenses. The investigation is progressing and more arrests are possible.
