Search of Wade Street Home Lands Three in Jail on Drug Charges

Floyd County Police arrested three individuals Brandon Gregory VonBehren, 38, Darrell Lynn Holder, 51, and Jessica Nichole Barton, 37, all of Rome, after they found drugs during the execution of a search warrant at 59 Wade Street.

Reports said that officers found methamphetamine and non prescribed Tramadol during the serach.

All three are charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Barton is additionally charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and drugs not in original container.

VonBehren is also charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and probation violation.
