Margaret Louise Baldwin, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used a man’s debit card, without his permission, to rent a room at the Days Inn.
Reports said that Baldwin was found inside the room before being arrested.
Baldwin is charged with financial transaction card fraud and probation violation.
