Chloe Lee Carey, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found with drugs after being loud and using profane language at an apartment complex on Redmond Road.
Police said that they were called to the scene after someone reported that Carey was outside the home using vulgar language loudly.
When they arrived on scene, they stated that Carey was also found to not only be drunk, but in possession of marijuana.
Carey is charged with public drunk and possession of marijuana.
