Kyla Unique Price, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she assaulted a man with pepper spray and then used a metal pipe to damage his property.
Reports stated that Price used the metal pipe to bust out the front and rear windshield of the victim’s car.
The incident occurred at a home on Lady Marion drive, and in front of a small child.
Price is charged with battery, simple assault, cruelty to children in the 3rd degree and criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree.
