Christopher Jaiden Yanes, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found speeding while driving drunk while speeding.
Police said that Yanes was pulled over on Auburn Lane near Old Airport Road while speeding.
Officers went on to say that after pulling over, Yanes was found to have been driving without insurance and under the influence of alcohol.
Yanes is charged with DUI, underage possession of alcohol, speeding and driving without insurance.
