Ricky Taylor Jr, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he repeatedly violated sex offender laws.
On September 10th, Taylor is accused of providing a false home address as his own.
Reports said that on September 13th he failed to notify authorities that he performed a traveling barbering business.
Police added that he is also accused of failing to report employment with Southern Resources.
Taylor is charged with three counts failure to register as a sex offender.
