Mark Elder Garcia, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found entering cars that were not his at Arby’s on Martha Berry Blvd.
Officers added that Garcia was found with a stolen Chromebook that belonged to a local high school.
Garcia is charged with two counts entering an automobile with intent to commit a crime, theft by receiving stolen property, and probation violation.
