Chiresico Rodriques Montgomery, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled and racked a handgun toward another person during a dispute on Dodd Blvd.
Reports said that Montgomery, a convicted felon, was not legally allowed to be in possession of a gun when he committed the acts.
Montgomery is charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and parole violation.
