A homeless 67 year-old Rome woman, Fennisa Louise Dodd, was arrested this week after reports said she was found trespassing at the Smoothie King on Turner McCall Blvd.
Reports said that Dodd had been previously banned from the location before she returned this week.
Dodd is charged with criminal trespass.
