Uniqua Shun’Tae Winston, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found driving while intoxicated and on drugs with a 1 year-old child in her car.
Officers said that they stopped Winston on East 2nd Avenue after she failed to maintain her lane of travel.
Upon pulling Winston over, officers said that they detected that she was driving under the influence of alcohol and suspected diluted pills.
Officers also allegedly found the suspected diluted pill bottle with the name removed in her vehicle.
Winston is charged with DUI, endangering a child with DUI, window tint violation, DUI of multiple substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, improper lane change and failure to maintain lane.
