Walter Afredo Archila Santiago, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found hiding out at a 24 year-old’s home.
Reports said he refused to leave and then when officers arrived refused to identify himself.
Santiago is charged with criminal trespass and obstruction.
