Robert Louis Osborne Nicholson, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted a 53 year-old woman at their home on Rising Fawn Trail.
Reports said that Nicholson balled his fist and then used his body to position itself in the victim’s face while placing her in fear of being severely injured.
Nicholson is charged with simple assault.
