Rome Police arrested Samuel Parker West, 26 of Jefferson, and 25 year-old Brittany MaCayla Peppers, were arrested at the East Rome Walmart after they were capture attempting to shoplift.
Reports stated that West and Peppers allegedly walked out of the store with $175.88 worth of merchandise without paying.
Both are charged with theft by shoplifting.
