Joe Joseph Allen, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found stalking a woman he had been previously jailed for beating up.
Reports said that Allen stalked the victim at her Heartwood Drive home after being let out of jail for her attack.
Previous reports said that Allen attacked the woman in front of two small children back in September.
He was arrested on October 15th for stalking her as well.
Allen is charged with aggravated stalking.
