James Thomas Duncan Jr, 53 of Rome, was arrested at West Rome Baptist Church this week after reports said he acted in a “loud and boisterous” manner while disturbing the church service.
Reports said that Duncan blocked the door to the children’s ministry and refused to leave.
Duncan is charged with city disorderly conduct.
