Rome Man Jailed After Kicking Down Door, Threatening to Kill Victim

Wayde Brent Wilkes, 61 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he kicked the door to a man’s home down and threatened to kill him.

Reports stated that Wilkes told the victim that “I’ll kick your fu***** door in and shoot your fu***** a**mother******”.

Authorities added that Wilkes caused close to $1,000 in damages after kicking in the door.  

Wilkes is charged with terroristic threats/acts and 2^nd degree criminal damage to property.
