An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Terrell Demetrius Favors, 38 of Rome, has now been charged with the burglary of the Shorter Stop convenience store.
Report said that Favors went into the store back on September 25th after it closed and store a computer.
Favors is charged with 2nd degree burglary.
He was originally arrested back in mid-October at the Fairbridge Inn when he was found with numerous drugs such as meth, cocaine and marijuana.
