Floyd County Police arrested Ronnie Lamar Sprayberry, 55, and Kristina Theressa Roberts, 43, both of Rome, at their home on Wisteria Drive after a verbal dispute became physical.
Reports stated that Roberts “made intentional contact with Sprayberry” with the “intent to cause harm”.
Police went on to say that Sprayberry then placed Roberts in a choke hold while yelling at her outside the home.
Both are charged with simple battery.
Sprayberry is additionally charged with disorderly conduct.
