Trison Drake Bright, 24 of Rockmart, was arrested in Rome after reports said he broke into, and stole, a 2002 Honda Civic.
Reports said that the car was taken on August 1, 2023 at 4353 Rockmart Road in Silver Creek.
Bright is charged with theft by taking and entering an automobile with intent to commit a crime.
