Christian Taylor Prescott, 21 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled away from arresting officers and then ran into a lake.
Prescott was eventually pulled from the lake near Blacks Bluff Road and the Brushy Branch bridge.
Prescott is charged with two counts of willful obstruction.
