Cartersville Police said that they have arrested Keith Bradley Turner, 57, after he allegedly strangled, beat and threatened to kill a man at a home on Davis Street
Report said that officer were dispatched to the home where they found Turner laying naked and face down on the bed while crying.
The victim told police that when the altercation began when he tried to leave the home and Turner became irate. Reports stated that Turner began to throw picture frames and other items at the victim before hitting his dog with a walking stick.
Officers went on to say that Turner came at them in an aggressive manner with his fist cliched and as the result had to be tased.
Turner is charged with aggravated assault, two counts simple assault, cruelty to animals and six counts obstruction of law enforcement.
