Katherine Dianne Finn, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used a disabled man’s bank card to give money to an inmate at the Floyd County Jail.
Reports said that Finn took the bank card without approval from the victim and on 17 occasions deposited money on the inmate’s book.
Police added that because of Finn’s actions the victim was placed in financial hardship and went though severe mental anguish.
Finn is charged with 17 counts identity fraud, 17 counts financial transaction card fraud, and exploitation of the disabled.
