Destinee Dawn Crocker, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found walking in and out of traffic along Alabama Highway while under the influence of drugs.
Reports added that Crocker also allegedly threw items at cars as they passed by.
Police went on to say that Crocker told them “I will kill you” while taking her into custody.
Crocker is charged with disorderly conduct, terroristic threats/acts and pedestrian under the influence.
