Keano Sanjo Nestor, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole alcoholic beverages from the Circle K on Martha Berry Blvd.
Officers stated that Neston and an unnamed coconspirator exited the store with $30 worth of alcohol without paying.
Nestor is charged with theft by shoplifting.
