Bobby Ray Milstead, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after placing residents at a local motel’s lives in jeopardy.
Reports said that Milstead ran wires from a room at a motel to an outside area and in the process posing a fire and electrical hazard.
The incident occurred at the Fairbridge Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.
Milstead is charged with reckless conduct.
