Nathan Kendall Whorton, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to burglarize the Frisky Biscuit on New Calhoun Highway.
Reports said that Whorton went to the business after hours and attempted to bust out the front glass door.
He was also captured on camera looking into a vehicle on the property.
Whorton proceeded to tie a piece of cloth over his face to conceal his identity before leaving the scene.
The incident occurred back in the early morning hours of October 5th.
Whorton is charged with criminal trespass and criminal attempt to commit a burglary
