Richard Donald Mask Jr, 55 of Rome, was arrested at the Taco Bell on Turner McCall Blvd after reports said he pulled his pants down to his thigh and exposed his genitals and buttocks.
Officers said that when they arrived on scene they found Mask in a drunken state.
Mask is charged with public drunk and public indecency.
