On Saturday, Oct. 19, Rome City Schools Parents Resource Center will play host to the Howl-o-Ween Literacy Festival from 10 a.m. to Noon. The event will feature trick-or-treating, games, and books, so make sure to bring your kids in their costumes and have a great time.
Rome City Schools also invites everyone to come out to Ridge Ferry Park on Tuesday, Oct. 22 for our Hispanic Heritage Fair sponsored by Atrium Health Floyd from 4 to 6:30 p.m. The theme for this year’s event is Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together.
The event is free and will feature several performances from students from all of our schools at the Coca-Cola Stage.
There will be music, dancing, food trucks, games, activities, and more.
