Joshua Lanier Glenn, 24 of College Park, was jailed in Rome after reports said he rented a 35 foot boom lift from Home Depot and then took it to Florida where he sold it.
The lift was valued at $26,120.50.
Glenn is charged with felony theft by taking, theft by deception and theft by conversion.
