Raymundo Jimenez Avila, 28 of Marietta, was arrested this week after reports said he was found walking around Berry College.
Reports said that officers found him to be in an intoxicated state after they spotted him unsteady on his feet and with slurred speech.
Officers added that when they approached Avila he refused to follow commands.
Avila is charged with public drunk.
