Tessa Cheyanne Hughes, 29 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said she used an elder disabled man’s bank card without his approval.
Reports said that Hughes repeatedly used the card for her own personal gain between August 1 and August 9th of this year.
Hughes is charged with financial transaction card fraud, exploitation of an elderly/disabled person and probation violation.
