Jessica Lynn Justice, 29 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said she stole an iPhone from another person at a home on Jones Road.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max was then taken to the Walmart on Cartersville Highway and sold to another person.
Justice is charged with theft by taking.
