LaFrancis Kesman Quartez Freeman, 33 of Calhoun, was arrested in Rome after police said they found him in possession of drugs during a traffic stop on Maple Avenue.
Reports said that Freeman, after being pulled over for driving without his headlights on, was found with synthetic marijuana.
The drugs were found after a free air sniff from a K9 officer.
Freeman is charged with possession of synthetic marijuana, driving with no headlights and driving without license in possession.
