Floyd County Public Works will be closing Blacks Bluff Road at Brushy Branch on Monday morning, October 28, for repair to a wing wall on the bridge.
A contractor will be installing sheet piles to secure the structure which requires a crane to sit in place, blocking both lanes. This will be a complete closure for about a week.
The road will be closed from 7125 Blacks Bluff Road to Charles Arthur Road. The posted detour will be Melson Road.
