Armuchee Woman Jailed for Using Another’s Identity to Cash Check

Tammy Renee Davis Stinson, 54 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said she signed another woman’s check that was attached to a pre-approved loan.

Stinson then took the check to a local gas station and cashed it while using the victim’s driver’s license as her identity.

The incident occurred last May 23^rd.

Stinson is charged with identity fraud.
