Lauren Christy Chavers, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after report said she knowingly provided a firearm to a convicted felon.
She is then accused of providing false statements to police in an effort to “create false impressions of facts related to the criminal investigation”.
Chavers is charged with solicit dealer to transfer firearm to person other than buyer and obstruction.
