Destiney Renee Ross, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole a motor vehicle from a 54 year-old man at a home on Paris Lane.
Reports added that when police approached Ross she attempted to flee the scene on foot.
After catching up with Ross, officers added they found her to be in possession of marijuana and drug related objects.
Ross is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle, obstruction, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and three counts probation violation.
