Kristin Michelle Morgan, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she left three young children home alone while she went to a bar.
Officers said that when they arrived at the home they discovered that the children were living in deplorable conditions. Police said that they found feces and urine on the floor, as well as trash and molded scraps throughout the home.
This was in addition to a roach infestation and no edible food for the children.
Morgan is charged with three counts cruelty to children
