Garry Allen Singleton, 61 of Rome, a convicted sex offender was arrested this week after reports said he failed to notify authorities that he moved from his 2 Rutledge Street home to an unspecified location.
Reports said that Singleton moved bac in March and never notified authorities.
Singleton is charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
