Victor Manuel Contreras Gabriel ,29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he shoved a 32 year-old woman to the ground.
The incident occurred in front of two small children at his Malone Drive home.
Gabriel Is charged with simple battery and two counts cruelty to children.
